The Little Gym – Gymnastics Instructor

The Little Gym in Columbia is looking for a Gymnastics Instructor [This is a third-party recruitment service link].

We’re looking for a children’s gymnastics coach to join our team! We are located on 10101 Twin Rivers Rd. Suite #112. Our ideal candidate loves children, is hard-working, and has lots of energy to add to the Gym! This person will help us deliver on the promise of Serious Fun with serious health and safety in mind. Responsibilities

Teach amazing parent-child and preschool gymnastics classes weekday and Saturday mornings!
Support our directors in birthday party coordination, team management, and event planning
Help our team maintain a clean, safe facility at all times
Manage our front desk, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling classes, and enrolling students
Support communication with our families, including updating daily and weekly announcements

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years in gymnastics, cheerleading or a competitive sport
Comfortable with children professionally or personally
Loves a high-energy, active environment and is comfortable with long periods of intense movement and exercise

Shifts and Compensation

Tuesday – Saturday availability (8 AM – 1 PM)
Possibility to take on extra shifts if interested
All compensation will be based on experience, but traditional compensation ranges from $12/hour to $15/hour
